Since relocating to Vermont in 2004 Sclater Design has shifted its focus to the design and construction of residential additions & renovations.

Will Sclater became involved in the construction of an 800 sf addition he designed, to convert his home from a vacation house to a full time residence.

Since the successful completion of that project, he assisted in the contruction of two new homes with a local builder before turning Sclater Design into a design build outfit. During the past five years the firm has completed various construction projects mostly involving renovating and refurbishing existing construction.

Sclater Design LLC was started in 1995 specializing in commercial interiors.  William Sclater was certified as an Interior Designer in 1998 by NCIDQ, and is a professional member of ASID. Sclater Design, LLC is registered with the State of Vermont and is fully insured.
